MY BACKGROUND
I started my career with the Canal+ group and since 2006 I have been supporting leaders, public and political personalities around their communication needs (public speaking, writing speeches, asserting leadership, etc). Since 2012 I have expanded my scope to talent management. And detecting, supporting, and preparing the leaders of tomorrow has become a passion.
WHY I FOUNDED NELTA
I imagined Nelta as a company that I would have liked to have as an employer, as a client and as a partner. The starting point is the guidance of the leaders. It is a demanding population, often isolated. It was necessary to find distinctive content that brings fast results, a lot of value. But also imagine the customer experience (for the specifier as for the end customer) that makes the difference. Which makes Nelta a synonym of "we are in good hands". A reliable, relevant, and pleasant partner. Thanks to the whole team that shares this mindset: it has become a reality.
